Each year, I try to get someone new to attend Parada del Sol, the culmination of Scottsdale's annual Western Week, during which residents are asked to dress in Western wear and remember our Western heritage. My family loves the event, even my teenagers were eager to attend. {They required no prodding!}
Life-sized My Little Ponies, Pageant winners from a wide range of organizations, hunky men and beautiful women on horseback, and motorcycles and carriages. This parade offers a bit of everything.
